用途与合成方法
化学性质 无色晶体。熔点70-72℃，沸点114-115℃（1.6kpa）。易溶于水、醇并分解，微溶于苯，醚、氯仿。易吸湿潮解。
用途 广泛应用于金属粘接促进剂、合成树脂改进剂、酯化剂、抗变色剂、除草剂、杀虫剂等
生产方法 将200g（0.95mol）一水合柠檬酸加热熔化，并安排在蒸馏装置迅速蒸馏（避免过热），馏出物含水和衣康酸酐，分层后取下层物，得40-50g产品，收率37-47%。
