Methyl Chloroactate为无色（或淡红色）透明液体（纯品为无色透明液体），有茴香甜味，有刺激性，可刺激鼻、眼粘膜及皮肤，略溶于水。本品为制药、农药产品的重要中间体。

Methyl Chloroactate is a colorless(or light reddish)liquid, it’s irritant and flavored with aniseed, hardly soluble in water, mainly used for producing of medicine and pesticide.
